BOOKING INFORMATION

Please complete the enquiry form at the bottom of this page for bookings, we can reserve your booking for seven days.

We require a 20% booking deposit after confirmation of your booking and a small charge of £200 as a security deposit that will be refunded after your stay at Burford.

We can accept various ways of payment, either by..

a) Bank transfer

b) Cheque

c) Paypal

d) Cash by special arrangements for small amounts.

CHANGE OVER DAY

The house can be accessed at 3pm on the date of arrival.We would need you to vacate the property by 10am on your date of departure.

ACCOMODATION NOTES

Burford house has fully adjustable central heating, the house has also got security locks on windows and a security alarm, there are also a two high chairs provided and two travel cots, a free welcome pack is also provided to help you settle in.

Burford house can also accomadate 2 family sized cars in the driveway and 1 car at the front.This is a non-smoking house and pets arn't allowed sorry.

LINEN

Quality towels and linen are included for the week.

CLEANING SERVICE

The house is cleaned after your departure so you have no need to clean.

ACCESSING THE PROPERTY.

You will be sent security codes to access keys, for the property by post, two weeks prior to your holiday, with the property's address and a welcome pack with extra information and a local
